If this were my daughter there would not be a need for trials. The only need would be for pliers or a crowbar to remove my hands from around the neck of the animals who did this horrible thing.

I agree the father didn't (as far as we know from the available information) do anything wrong. I was just pointing out that, if this had happened to my daughter in my back yard, I'd be toast ... but these administrators and teachers will likely suffer no permanent career damage. Even if the principal is fired, do we really believe that will end her career in education? I sure don't!

I misunderstood your earlier comment - now I see what you are saying and agree with you. I find it outrageous.

The school system is not required to report crimes?

I heard yesterday that colleges and universities are not required to report sexual predators residing in on-campus housing. I find this outrageous!

According to this News Account there are still no official charges against the administrators.

Whether school administrators will be charged is unclear. State law requires officials to immediately report cases of abuse to law enforcement or face up to 30 days in jail and a $250 fine, City Attorney Richard Pfeiffer Jr. said.

However, he said, officials would be charged only if someone filed a complaint. So far, no complaint has been filed. An attorney for the girl’s father would not say whether he planned to file one.

Here is contact info for the school: Mifflin High School

The young girl was CLEARLY the victim of unwanted sexual attention, an event that would have resulted in the firing or civil suit against an adult engaged in similar bad behavior.

She was punched and forced to perform oral sex on more than one teen boy. That is CRIMINAL behavior plain and simple.
