I live on the other side of the mountains and I always think about the people of the east side. You must really feel lousy over King County and how they control the entire state.

I guess we just have to be grateful that we don't live in the county and own more than 5 acres. Otherwise we wouldn't be able to use over 65% of our land.

All I can say is that EVERYONE get out and vote them all out in '06!!!

Let it go --

With that attitude we would have had President Gore, not Bush. Fair is fair.

"Rossi can and should nullify all acts of Non-Governor Gregoire by issuing an Excecutive Order that nullifies all past, present or future acts of any "elected" official ever found by due process of law not to have been duly elected. "

That sounds good on the face of it, but it doesn't work that way. Rossi won't be able to retroactively change any laws enacted under Gregoire.

In his first set of decisions to motions, Judge Bridges ruled out a revote because the state constitution had its own procedure for handling a vacancy in the governorship. Relief would consist of declaring the governorship vacant, installing the lieutenant governor as acting governor, and scheduling a vote for the governorship in the next general election (this November). This is Plan A.

Bridges had allowed that he could also overturn the election and appoint a new winner (Plan B) , but Rossi and the Republicans did not ask for this, preferring to ask for declaring the governorship vacant instead.

There was a good reason for this: Rossi did not want to hear "selected, not elected" for the remainder of his term. Were Judge Bridges to appoint Rossi governor, Rossi said he would strike a deal with the legislature for a special election for governor, and then he would resign the governorship to trigger that special election.

If Judge Bridges is ruling out Plan A, then it's Plan B or Gregoire. And I think Dino will be a man of his word -- unless the legislature spurns his call for a special election.

Why should you trust a bunch of atheistic, anything-goes, law-of-the-jungle power mongers, always forcing their extreme religious views (secular humanism) down our throats?

If it comes to arms, I'm on your side.

I think we should let it go... everyone there and throughout the whole country knows that the election was a fraud. Rossi The Colonists should just ask King George for freedom more politely next time ...
