We moved to Pecos when I was in the sixth grade and I haven't been to Muleshoe for many years. My Mom still goes to visit and tells me about all the people who are sick or have died. It's funny, all those people were old when I was a kid so I'm always surprised they lived
this long.
Give Pete a pat for me. Did you know Pete when to DC for the first Inaugural parade?

Well, the more folks learn about the money spent (and yet to be spent) on this pet project, the more people are p*ssed. I had lunch after church with my Sunday school instructor and he decided that he would bend the ear of a couple of folks who he knows on the Board of Regents. Now, I am considering getting a friend of mine who is a Photoshop professional to create some agitprop for us.

That's a good strategy. I'm hearing that this now rests entirely with the regents. When/where are they meeting this week?

No news on that. It is a double secret meeting, I guess. :-)
I am going to leave my office now and go take some photos around campus to post on this thread or another thread that we can start.

Okay, I'll go get a pic of the seal. I took photos of features mor in the core of campus. I did not get any close shots of SBC Stadium (Jones Stadium for the Alumni who haven't been on campus in a long time). Also, later this afternoon, I am going to take shots of North Overton so that aAlumni can see what happened to the whole neighbourhood.

No, not Lubbock or Midland. Dated gals from both, does that count?
Good luck in Muleshoe.
