Conservatives need to hit this story like a TON OF BRICKS. This has the potential to absolutely DESTROY the last shreds of any (limited) credibility the MSM has with the American public (and deservedly so).

NEWSWEEK MURDERS BUMP

Fire Isikoff and the Newsweak editor.

Unless they bring forward substantial credible evidence of the charge they should be dumped. One unsubstantiated source for a charge like this? They knew it would inflame Muslims, that's why Isikoff put it in the article.

People died over this crap. How many soldiers will die in the coming weeks because of this nonsense.

As we all know, it was just another lame attempt to smear Bush, and it blew up in their faces.

It makes one wonder just whose side the MSM and their minions are on doesn't it.

I don't wonder, it's simple. If the DUmmies are running things then all is right with the world. Clintoon bombing civilians in Serbia without a UN mandate comes to mind.

HOWEVER if Republicans are in charge then it's the rest of the world that the MSM feels obligated to "protect" from the "crazies" in the White House.

Some things don't ever seem to change, I just thank the Lord for the internet, talk radio, and Fox News. At least our side has a voice now, and it seems to be going rather well considering how EVIL the left has become.

Aside from the deaths that Newsweek caused, they added fodder to the 'hate America', 'burn the US flag' elements out there who are just waiting for any excuse. Thanks a bunch Newsweak.

I'm sure Rush and TonyS will be all over this tomorrow. At least they'd better be.

Newsweek should be put out of business. They have caused 16 deaths and untold damage to the efforts to bring peace to the region. But as you and I know nothing will be done to Newsweek. The MSM has universal protection in the US from the brain dead.

"Their shoddy ass journalism got people killed."

But if the incidents were true, reporting on them would have resulted in the same number of deaths.

That would have been OK with you since it was good investigative reporting?

It would seem that lives in the balance would warrant a trifle more clarity in the reportage. But irresponsible sensationalism sells so much better.

Newsweek should be boycotted for a year.

Flush the pages and be done with the rag!

At least they did apologize, unlike CBS, and didn't say the reports were "fake but accurate". So there's at least that teensy kernel of integrity left in that anti-American leftwing rag.

Maybe in one of their future issues, they might cover the way the Christians are locked up and punished for having a Bible in Saudi Arabia.

And they might cover why the Saudis forbid Catholic priests to say Mass for the troops in Saudi Arabia.

They might also want to cover the way the Muslims in some countries desecrate the Bible. Oh yes before I forget, how about covering how the Muslims burn the flag of the United States of America.

And then they could devote an entire page to how the Christians in the United States react to the obscene acts committed by Muslims against the Bible and the Stars and Stripes. It would set a precedent for a national magazine.

The Heading might be "U.S. Christians rat to the desecration of the flag and the Bible in Muslim-controlled countries." And then everyone could stare at a blank page. The priests and ministers in Saudi Arabia could hand out the article while they conduct their clandestine services on Sunday in Saudi Arabia.

Others could place the article on the graves of those AMericans who have died to protect the Muslims of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia etc.

You are correct.
The O'Reilly Factor would be a great venue. He gets Isikoff on his show sometimes. I would love to hear ole Isikoff stutter, grovel and frown on this one.
