she is hot
has some Republicans in her videos too. is she one of us?
He said it on Conan in terms of gun use and singing about women who are no ood - getting high and their rides. And he sited teh Csh song where the song goes "shot a man just to watch him die".
Importation of African slaves was also not random. The black people who were brought here as slaves were captured by other black people (faster, smarter, stronger, meaner other) and sold to Western slave traders. Thus the black people who ended up as slaves in the American South were among the losers in the primal competitiveness of black African society.
Isn't that a song?
Black Rednecks and White Liberals and Blue Ribbon Beer.
and?
the subject matter may often be similar - desperate men living on the edge of society, addicted to drugs and alcohol, being violent and disrespecting women - but the endings and message are different and that's what matters.
In Long Black Veil Cash's protagonist chooses un unjust execution rather than betray the confidence of an adulterous woman.
If Ice-T wrote it, he would have shot the b!tch, the judge and the cops and left town to set up a cocaine empire.
Makes a good point then.
ah, no.
Excellent point. I might add it was abetted by government busibodies building and "inventory" of people that they just had to help not to mention race activists that have turned civil rights into a multi-billion dollar industry.
All I know is that by the time America's white liberal daughters are sent off to college, they desperately want to embrace anything but the civilized life they've always known. That "something" is the manufactured product called ghetto-glam.
If they think being impoverished in a violent neighborhood is fun, they should all be forced to go live there - instead of residing in the safety of their dorms, which usually have police-call buttons located ever 50 feet across the campus.
I don't think it makes sense at all.
It ignores that large numbers of blacks lived in places like Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York, away from the Scotch-Irish.
It igores that black slaves in the South had little contact with those "rednecks" and that the plantation owners were not necessarily of that particular line. Georgia was populated by prisoners, at first, not all of whome were "rednecks".
No, I just don't give this theory a lot of credence.
OTH, if blacks think they are the keepers the Hee-Haw flame, they will drop it real quick. :]
Kinda like what Cash sang about in "Delia's Gone"?
Ice-T's rap character is smarter then Cash's redneck character then....
Ice T has a One-piece-at-a-time Psycho-Billy Cadillac too?!
the character of Northern Black culture changed with the great migration of Blacks from South to North. So we don't (unless an anthropoligist) what Northern Black culture would have been like without the mixing. That is why Northern Blacks sound Southern in their dialogue.
check vdare.com for an interesting rebuttal to this.
This will be read as another reason why these people can blame their failures on slavery. If they weren't forceably brought here, they would never have had to endure the redneck culture.
Fact of the matter is, huge populations are five generations removed from the redneck culture and still hahe done basically nothing to change their lot in life.
There is nothing about "sustaining African culture" that justifies anything about the way the black subculture behaves today. Plain and simple, they reap what they sow.
Can somebody say Amen?
