Europe Closing Shop? (the death of a civilization)

Europe Closing Shop? Demographics: The population of Europe is set to start shrinking soon. And if recent events there are any indication, that's not a good thing. We may be watching the slow-motion death of a civilization. The events to which we refer have garnered little notice. Yet each, in its own way, is equally telling about the radical changes in store for Europe — and America as well. On Friday, it was announced in Germany's Hesse state that all schools will soon offer instruction in Islam to Muslim students. Meanwhile, the U.S.-based Weekly Standard reports that a recent confidential government study found a surprising rise in religious expression among Muslims in French public schools. (snip) Europe is changing. The birthrate, now at 1.5 live births per female, is well below the 2.1 required just to replace its population. Birthrates of immigrant Muslim populations there are three times the average. Upshot: By 2020 or so, the European population will fall by more than 4% while the Muslim population will double. (snip) And in France, there are more practicing Muslims than baptized Catholics. This means the U.S. will increasingly be isolated in world affairs. For example, will a Europe of, say, 50 million Muslims be more hostile to the U.S.' pro-Israel policy? Seems likely. Two years ago, at a much-hyped conference in Spain titled "Islam in Europe," 2,000 European Muslim leaders called on Muslims around the world to help bring about an end to the capitalist system. As the biggest player in that system, the U.S. faces a delicate task: how to keep an old but estranged friend from committing suicide.

A muslim Europe will be a desoltate and unproductive wasteland, just like everyplace in dar-es-salaam. The humans will leave due to religious persecution, abandoning the continent to the untermenschen

And unless we eradicate the the hate-blame America "new liberals" our doors will inevitably become wide open to the "multicultural" experience. Its a strange thing that lefties believe, that their neo-marxist agenda being helped along by the chaos of Islam to bring an end to capitalism (the only system that has provided significant progress and overall betterment of all lives) will somehow eventually assimilate Islam into their foolish ideology. I see many Christians lying dead on the battlefield and I see many progressives whimpering for mercy just before the sword decapitates them.

The Europeans who flee here have seen liberalism fail and will be conservative voters here.

You've got to be kidding. If there's one thing I've learned, its that there's almost no limit to a liberal's capacity to deny reality.

This may be a sickening optimistic post, for which I ask your forgiveness. To me the world is quickly getting to be a better place. One example: The Christian Church is being reborn as I post this item. I refer to the Anglican Communion World Wide. The leaders of this Church told the "queers" to get lost. All over the World Christians are coming to this communion. Strikingly, Roman Catholics, for the obvious reason, are also beginning to join and/or form new parishes of this communion. One united Christian Church with "traditional" values will change the course of history.

My pastor once said during Sunday school that the Anti-christ would possibly be a Muslim from Europe.
Looks like Europe is heading down the path that my pastor was talking about.

You've GOT to be kidding! That's what we thought about the Californians who moved out of California and into AZ, NV, and CO. Instead, they are trying now to turn these good conservative states into the pi$$ hole they just had to leave.

The Liberals moving out of NY and MA ruined Vermont in the last 30 years. Maine has been also ruined by liberal refugee's. New Hampshire is next. Thousand's of do-gooder's are fleeing MA high property taxes and house prices and fleeing to NH. Unfortunately they bring their liberalism with them. Thats why NH went for Kerry in 2004.

"Will they also offer instruction in Christianity to Christian students?"

Of course they will....they need some way to lure the Christians out so they can be decapitated.

Oswald Spengler was one of the first at the beginning of the last century. Old news indeed.
