I had a look at their site. They claim that islam is pure evil. If they don't propagate religious hatred, nobody does.

Perhaps Islam isn't pure evil, but the way it is being practiced, is. Oppression, murder, and violence against the innocent is evil.
Actually, Ali Sina says that Islam is a religion of hate, of terror and of war. He and other former Muslims go on to support that statement with writing from the Koran, with history and current events, and with personal testimonials from those who have left the faith. That's not propagating hate. It's telling the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts.
