Thought it's probably already been answered, I think they were referring to the 25-minute tape defense played to end. Wacko said, "Before you judge me, love me." on the tape.

I think a lot of how juries work depends on the diplomacy of the foreman or forewoman. I know there were a couple of people I just couldn't deal with, a couple of "I got nothing else to do so I'm stonewalling types, so I asked one of the guys to help me out.

>NO--what is chilling, is that he WILL get let off and he IS guilty of this crap...

Neither putting an innocent man through an expensive hell of public humiliation, nor releasing a child molester to prey again, sound particularly appealing. I haven't been following the trial closely, but it sounds as though he will probably be exonerated due to good lawyering, whether or not he is guilty.

His kids are sure to eventually receive lucrative offers to tell their "Daddy Dearest" stories. If they do, once again people will ask if they were financially motivated to lie. If "Daddy molested me!" is worth $1 million, and "Daddy didn't molest me!" is worth nothing...

This guy is going to walk. Black entertainers always walk. If he were a white guy and slept with little boys, he'd be thrown in the poky for the rest of his life.

I thought Stu Sutcliffe got his head kicked by a couple of German teddy boys.

That fight did take place and one where Lennon defended Sutcliffe. But according to Sutcliffe's sister Lennon also caused his head injuries that eventually killed him. It's never been proven, just alleged:

OOPSY---I am getting Hannity on tape delay, and he has Geraldo on again...with Pat Lalama of Celebrity Justice...

Geraldo and Pat really arguing---says the evidence is superfluous...

BTW, I think the defense using a tape of Michael talking and making excuses, shouldn't have been allowed, because he couldn't be cross examined.

I'm not thinking of his kids financial future, I am thinking of their physical and psychological futures...

BUT, you are right---they will make more if the details are more salacious...

"Black entertainers always walk."

Huh ?

How about James Brown, in jail for a couple of years in the 1990's ? Chuck Berry has been in jail. Then there's Whitney Houston's lovely(sarcasm) hubby Bobby Brown. I'm sure others will come to mind.

I think it is 8 women and 4 men with six of the jurors having little boys.

It's a recent allegation. Seems both Ringo & Sir Paul said something to the effect that it's just another "story". Astrud also said it wasn't true, so I guess I'd believe the 40+ year old version than a recent one done for dubious reasons ($$).

I think he surrendered his passport at the beginning of the process - and he doesn't have the cash to pull a Robert Vesco escape-to-Belize maneuver.

I have concern that he will walk. This is an inherently tough case to prove. He chooses victim who will be certain to have shady and defective parents - for whom motive will be easy to show. He has (had) substantial cash and uses it to intimidate and silence victims.

I heard the repulsive Geraldo Rivera comment that he was not guilty and that he found it impossible to believe that Jackson would engage in abuse immediately after the crisis caused by the Bashir documentary. Which just goes to show that Geraldo doesn't know much. The recidivism rate on childe molesters/abusers is very high - for a reason. They cannot control their impulse to abuse children. It's not as if it would be reasonable to expect Michael Jackson to take inventory of the state of his career and to elect not to molest a child because of the potential impact it would have in the aftermath of the PR catastrophe of that documentary.

If he walks - I say hats off to Sneddon for taking on this inherently difficult prosecution. At least he wasn't willing to stand by like Michael Jackson's "posse" of bodyguards, press flaks and enablers.
