MJ never would have gotten off with a NY jury. say what you want about NY being liberal, the people here have street smarts. In CA, it is truly the land of fruits and nuts, and they show up on these juries.

but you can see from this verdict why the Clintons crave celebrity status above all else. Being a celebrity in this country insulates you from justice, americans give their "celebrity class" wide leeway to commit any act imagineable, with no accountability. This is exactly why the Clintons crave it.

There have been plenty of cases over the years that excused the murderous acts of white supremacists/racists based on the fact that they were found "not guilty" by a jury of their peers.
