"Cahokia Police Chief Rick Watson said the new legislation is just a start, and thinks it will eventually expand to adults as well."

In Illinois, between primary seat belt legislation and eventual banning of adult cell phone use, it will not be long before driving an automobile at all will ban due to public safety.

God I am glad I do not live in Illinois.

God I am glad I do not live in Illinois.

I live in the once free state of Illinois.

I don't recall who once said, "no man's property is safe as long as the Legislature is in session". Its the camel's nose under the tent. First they ban something "for the children", next thing it applies to everyone. Look at the smoking ban as an example.
