Haven't read the entire list yet, but I assume "Bajiss? We no need no stinkin' bajiss" is on the list.

Nothing from Hombre, the film with more memorable lines than any other...including my tag.

Some truly great films (and memorable lines)represented here. AFI did a good job.
Not sure if it made the list, but my favorite line from Gone with the Wind went something like this:
I always thought a few lashes with a buggy whip would have benefitted you immensely.

Something I can't get over is they chose "Toga, Toga" from Animal House! There are so many great lines that were better from that movie...
"Eight years of college down the drain..."
"You didn't throw up in front of Dean Wormer. You threw up on Dean Wormer..."
and my favorite,
"Was it over when the Germans Bombed Pearl Harbor?"

Some that come to my mind:
"It's in the hole!" (Caddy Shack)
"Ya wanna play ball, scarecrow?" (Wiz of OZ)
"She turned me into a newt...I got better." (ISO Holy Grail)
"I think you owe me an apology." (Pappy - in Robin William's -Popeye)
So many are flooding my mind. This will be fun.

Yep, it was, but I don't recall what number.
It sure was fun to watch it with the kids.

"She turned me into a newt...I got better." (ISO Holy Grail) I think the AFI only ranks U.S. films.

"Do you feel lucky, punk?" from "Dirty Harry" should have been higher than the quote from Sudden Impact.
