"Did he or did he not kill a woman at Chappaquiddic" Ann Coulter

On Hannity and Colmes, While discussing the requirements of a Supreme Court nominee, Ann just sarcastically noted that it was ok to kill a girl at Chappiquiddic. Colmes said that was a low blow and that comment was below her.

WHY??? WHAT is so darned SACRED about mentioning the truth???

Ann said, "Why..."

Colmes didn't answer, and the set was quiet.

Hannity and Reagan (another guest) should have spoken up.

This is another example of "The Emperor is NAKED!"

Ted Kennedy makes me absolutely sick. I think he is a sick ideologically warped man. But that doesn't excuse the hateful meanspirited practice of some on the right of constantly parroting "Chappaquiddic

I have to wonder, since Kennedy was so compromised by this, if he never would have been such an evil salesman for all our freedom grabbing enemies around the world.

And left his hapless date to die.

He had been married for over 10 years when this happened. I assume this just adds to why the left and people Jorge love him so much

I'm the one who said that attacking Kennedy over an accident that happened years ago proves people have no ability to mount an attack on his politics.

This one you really lose and you also expose yourself. Ted Kennedy's politics have been thoroughly discredited on the debate on this forum for 7 years. This thread is about Kennedy's personal behavior. Get thee hence. You really don't belong here.

You have a big problem with the concept of personal responbibility, don't you?

It's not his fault he was out partying without his wife...

It's not his fault he was trying to nail some chick who wasn't his wife..

It's not his fault he took her back home to his place...

It's not his fault he was drunk..

It's not his fault he got in the car with the girl anywa...

It's not his fault he drove off the bridge...

It's not his fault he ran away..

It's not his fault there was an air pocket that kept her alive for ate least 30 minutes...

It's not his fault he didn't flag anyone down for help..

Can you see John Wayne doing these things?

Can you see your average man doing these things?

WTF is wrong with you?

Circa 1970, after Chappaquidick, I remember my family reading a book titled "Teddy Bare", an expose of Teddy and the other Kennedys. My family disliked the Kennedys and their legacy. (No wonder I ended up on FR!)

No matter how you look at Chappaquiddick, one good point is that it keeps fat Teddy from running for President. You can bet that if he ever ran, Chappaquiddick would surface all over the place like a plague.

I didn't need to read the posts.I've known the facts surrounding this incident for years.

Do you have other facts than those that have been posted? I'm open to reading them if that is the case. If they're the same, don't bother yourself.

My other point: Why separate Teddy's politcs from his past sins? Why argue these points? We can all agree that the guy is evil. You are splitting hairs here. Perhaps trying to stir up trouble?

I'm trying to stir up the consciences of people who have jumped onto this Cappaquiddic bandwagon.

"Separate" it from his politics?

It has absolutely NOTHING to do with his politics.
And those who resort to these kinds of attacks look like they are unable to address the REAL problems with Ted Kennedy's politics.

In any case it is hateful, meanspirited and boring.

PUHlease.

You have just proven that you really have no point, other than to try to point fingers at people who know right from wrong. I know, it must hurt to be unable to delineate between the two.

Give it time, you'll learn.

Ted Kennedy cared more for this woman than you EVER could and feels 100 times as bad about her death than you EVER could.

Oh, NOW I get it. You're playing the demented Liberal idiot.

Had me going there for awhile.

I have the right to, until the end of my days, point out that I THINK O.J. killed his wife, and I THINK Ted Kennedy didn't try to help his friend and left her to drown in his car. And I think Terri Shavio was starved to death.

This is a free country and I have a right to say what I THINK. If we all repeat the politically correct (PC) sentiments, we are doomed. Remember the "Emperor's New Clothes"?

From #251: I hope the next nominee President Bush supports is a fire breathing conservative. If he/she is, the Democrats will be so afraid of being exposed in the hearings, they may only ask a few questions before confirming them.

You have a point. I recall an exchange a few months ago when Senator Ted Kennedy was severely questioning Rumsfeld. He was asking why had he not found weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Rumsfeld answered something to the effect that someone might not find a bridge in the middle of the night and wind up in a lake, but that does not mean that the bridge was never there.

Then Senator Kennedy abruptly discontinued his questions.

How far into the show did Ann appear?

It was near the end.

Why are you occupying so much time being bored? You're welcome to stop posting on this thread.
