"Trigger locks are bad if the gun's already loaded.....obvious reasons."

I did make an assumption that people who know how to handle guns would be able to figure out when and how to use the trigger locks. Me bad... Even I, a mere woman (har har) is pretty sure I can deal with trigger locks. :)

"I know a lot of us feel we "won" today, even though trigger locks have now been imposed on manufactures. I suppose next they will have to be permanently affixed or some other useless B.S."

LOL! I can't think of one thing that can be "permanently affixed", with the exception of my fingers to this darn FR website. :)

Perhaps the gun manufacturer will absorb the cost of the trigger locks. If not, they only cost anywhere from $5 to $10. Must be fun shooting a trigger lock though. I prefer larger game, like moose. LOL ;)

CRAIG AMENDMENT 1645 - Increase penalties for Armor piercing ammo(current definition, not Kennedy's), study on AP ammo.

Uh-oh....Watch out for this. Anytime the Congress orders a study be done, the results almost always lead to legislation proposals, even if the study findings go against the idea of legislation.

It would seem so. We got this much out of our electioneering efforts from last November, it seems.

This bill just seems to good to be true. I think they are going to use this to ban some more firearms or ammunition with it.

Congress, the Supreme Court and the executive branch are set on destroying our liberties.
