I've got a WinME box that runs quite nicely, or did until the hd started dying *grumble*. 450 mhz, ran ok at 192 megs ram, quite snappy at 256, and bat outta hell at 448. Even with the hd going out it's still reliably running Everquest as a 2box, basically anything in the first 7 gb or so I can mostly count on. Past that is a crapshoot but again, the hd was touchy from the time I got it, so there's no way to blame the OS.
Personally, I use AVG. Virus updates and the software are free for a lifetime, and it does a better job of tracking down viruses without "false positives" like a paid product such as Norton AV.
Terrorism doesn't necessarily mean to "maime and kill", it generally means to terrorize which means "to scare". The only thing that would be destroyed through "cyber-terrorism" is data itself once it's been compromised.
