The young couple who lost their child is still very much in shock. Our Fire and Rescue squad is working hard to do all we can, as we are still healing from this horrible run.
Please send all the prayers and encouragement you can.
Thank you. JK
Rest in Peace..
Just heartbreaking.
So sad, prayers up.
How sad. Prayers for little Allen's family.
Truly, young parents' worst nightmare. God Bless little Mark's family.
Gentle prayers of Sympathy.
What a wonderful family. This is so well written. It reminds me of the letter telling Stonewall Jackson of his daughters birth. Life is precious. God, through Moses, said "Choose Life", it is more precious than we think.
I join in prayer for the family as they deal with his homegoing!
He's in good hands - the little ones are God's favorites.

Prayers from TX.
Prayers sent for little Mark and his family.
"I'll lend you for a little time
A child of Mine." He said.
"For you to love the while he lives
And mourn for when he's dead.
It may be six or seven years
Or twenty-two or three
But will you, till I call him back
Take care of him for Me?
He'll bring his charms to gladden you
And should his stay be brief,
You'll have his lovely memories
As solace for your grief.
I cannot promise he will stay
Since all from Earth return,
But there are lessons taught down there
I want the child to learn.
I've looked this wide world over
In my search for teacher's true,
And from the throngs that crowd life's lanes,
I have selected you;
Now will you give him all your love,
Nor think the labour vain
Nor hate Me when I come to call
And take him back again?
I fancied that I heard them say,
"Dear Lord, They will be done,
For all the joy Thy child shall bring,
For the risk of grief we'll run.
We'll shelter him with tenderness,
We'll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we've known,
Forever grateful stay.
But should the angels call for him
Much sooner than we planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes
And try to understand."

A young couple in my parish just lost their son, exactly 7 months to the day he was born. He was their first and only child.
The excrutiating pain of losing a child is one that no parent should ever endure. Despite their enormous grief, they wrote their son, one of the most beautiful and moving letters I have ever heard, read to the hundreds who showed up for his funeral. This young couple taught us all a lesson in faith.
Please remember this littlest "firefighter" and his family, in your prayers.

I can barely breathe when I read stuff like this. Many prayers for the family.
My prayers go out for this angel's family.
Prayers for the family, they now have help in heaven.
Prayers for the firemen, they are truly doing God's work.
Prayer for those who don't pray...to open their hearts.
Thanksgiving to God for his birth and the memories he will continue to give.
God Bless.
