You can put no stock in that report, it merely quotes the line (which could have been mis-heard) and then makes a story around their interpretation of it.
Both "CIA" or "CYA" could have made sense if he felt he was going to be blamed after the fact and was paranoid about it.
There is no context to his quote, I would want to hear the actual sound bite and the context in which he said it before making a judgement. Did he make more specific comments about the CIA like that they would investigate him, or did he make comments that others would shift blame to him? I didn't hear the comment myself, so I have no idea what else was said.
Just for those who are interested in the history of the Clintons and their war to silence those of us who are now using the internet to expose wrongdoings - I HIGHLY recomend you read the book "Hillary's Secret War" by Richard Poe. It tells the story about the Mena Airport and all the other stories ignored by the MSM but exposed by those "men in pajama" warriors (including the moderator of this site).

A meteorologist or one of those weather experts said the river started over flowing and also the retention walls are only two feet thick, the water eventually flowed over the walls, weakening them and the rest happened.
I think if the dems had given the feds control, the law and order aspect would have gone much better, ditto for the evacuation. Even the flooding may have been better controlled. Either way the dems lose.

Why would a national figure place himself next to a confessed enemy of the US, who has implemented bioweapons labs from Cuba with the intent to hit America, who then claims he wants to provide us with 10 pallets of his specially bottled drinking water?
I know I wouldn't care to drink a specially processed fluid coming from a madman who brags about his bioweapons labs.
