I'm don't feel like I owe anyone an apology. How about asking for apologies from the city leaders who never fortified the levee in the last 30 years?

Oprah, what was your point in visiting the evacuated Superdome? Even more shocking the Mayor had time to give you a tour.
You should be ashamed for sensationalizing other peoples misery.

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin actually cut short his interview with Winfrey, so overcome with emotion and anger because, he said, other cities would have received a swifter response from the federal government. That's right, because other city's leaders would have gotten the job done! Not sat around in a state of confusion and then start blaming other for their ineptitude when the truth came to light.

I don't owe anyone an apology either.

Oprah wants us to believe she's never had to use an older outdoor toilet in her life and somehow got trapped when the door lever got stuck.

Winfrey, who wore a gas mask inside New Orleans' now-vacated Superdome, where she was overcome by the stench. That stench wasn't coming from the Superdome, Oprah.

Leave it to fricking Oprah to speak for "the nation". I owe NOLA an apology? Yeah, right. What a bunch of feel-good, socialist, nanny-state claptrap.

"I was sitting at home feeling frustrated and useless, like so many other people, so I came down to personally assess how I could best be of service,"How about taking a few folks into your home and treating them to some sumptuous meals before YOU make YOUR apologies for getting some publicity out of this tragedy.

No kidding the MSM are trying to save the butt of a mayor that killed 100's of people by his lack of judgement and ability.

Where's that picture of Nagin in the yellow skweel bus coming to the rescue?
To: Millee
So Nagin is saying the Feds should have kept order in the Superdome?
