So sad. I work with this area (I am actually June Cleaver's husband using her login). You are wrong. The President cannot just do the things you say without State approvals/requests. His lawyers even looked for loopholes all last week and could not find them. Do you really believe he would take all this political beating by you and others if he could have simply gone in and taken over? My goodness, Congressman BillyBob is right...this area of law is too complicated for rank amateurs.
