I'm gonna sit back and read your post. My posting to you slows this thread down. I will be waiting with bated breath for all of your comments.
Hitchens is laying out a broad case of the positive effects around the world as a result of the liberation of Iraq.
Get to listen for free ping!
OK, maybe others will give us a running account on what is going on. Thanks.
hitch just BLASTED Galloway for insulting our Congress.. "it's worse than a disgrace!"
Christopher Hitchens- you may have ssen him Mike but didn't realize it- he used to be a guest on several MSNBC shows.
He's a Brit. He's brilliant. He's a FORMER socialist.
On 9/11 and in the weeks afterward...he underwent a kind of epiphany and has gradually seen the light- though not fast enough for some. He is worth listening to- his grasp of history is superb and he can outdo anyone verbally.
ripped Galloway a new one!
Bashar Assad is "the slobbering Dauphin who the people of Syria got as their leader because he's the son of the slobbering tyrant who came before him."
HEHEHE!
Hitch saved his venom for Galloway for the end. Ripped him a new one.
I'll try it, thanks.
Galloway lauding Hitchens for being against the first Iraq war. Basically laying the case to call him a hypocrite.
Hitchens had a bit of an epiphany during impeachment, especially when Juanita accused Xlintoon of raped. He was vicious in all things Xlintoon.
oops, rape!
Hitchens laying into Galloway as a business partner of Saddam. Galloway "praising" Hitchens for his former support of PLO terrorists and opponent of Saddam. Calls Hitchens a slug leaving a slimy trail.
Michael Ashcroft? Who he?
I don't know. I would like to see him take on Anne Coulter!
Now Galloway is singing the praises of Cindy Sheehan.
Accuses Hitchens of being willing to "fight to the death with the last drop of other people's blood."
So far, Galloway is making ad hominum attacks, but not making his case on Iraq.
Beat me to it. Start a thread on one of those showings this weekend, will ya?
