Fresno -- The mistress of convicted murderer Scott Peterson is back in the spotlight after a DNA test showed that her first child was not fathered by the man who has been paying child support.
Fresno hairstylist Anthony Flores, 29, has been paying Frey $175 a month for nearly four years, his attorney, Glenn Wilson, said Wednesday.
The father of the 4-year-old girl is actually Fresno restaurant owner Christopher Funch, Wilson said.
No one answered the telephone at Porky's Rib House on Wednesday, and Funch did not have a listed home number.
"You'd think that Amber Frey's notoriety would have died down," Wilson said. "Unfortunately, she's like a bad penny, she keeps coming back."
Wilson said Flores was preparing to file a court motion seeking visitation rights, which he has been denied, when the man received word last week that he was not the child's father.
"Amber always asserted to him that he was the only guy she was sleeping with during that time period so Anthony's never had any reason to question it," Wilson said. "Anthony's big thing is that his reputation has been harmed. This poor guy can't go anywhere without people pointing at him."
Flores said he feels duped.

I am not sure the cops had enough on his w/o that graphic testimony of him lying through his teeth at his wife's vigil, etc. I do believe her evidence really turned the jury. So for that I am grateful.
Look, even a scumbag could provide testimony to bring down a killer. I am sure it has happened a million times (a low-rank mafioso or thug turning evidence on a serious criminal, etc.). And she did come forward and all. So she doesn't have control of her sex and reproductive life. That's not as bad as what Scott did.
He would have killed his wife if it had been another chick and not her. That isn't her doing. He just needed a catalyst to help him erase his main victim, Connor. It could have been ANY warm pair of legs, I am sure. He was planning on killing Amber, too, remember.
Cherry, I agree, Amber seems despicable with her bed/mating/child producing habits, that is for sure. But her evidence helped catch that killer and I believe it was crucial. See my previous post just now. His sin was worse than hers by far, and at least she did the right thing with the Peterson case.
It is very high CS for a man who is not the father.
The thing is our "dear and brave" Amber lied about him being the father when she insisted he was the *ONLY* man she slept with. We have the proof of that lie now. Yet she will not be punished in any way nor will she have to pay back the money.
Just watch, Christopher Funch will be ordered to repay Anthony Flores even though Mr. Funch was also lied to through Amber's intentional ommission of that fact that she had sex with Funch and, therefore, Aiyana *could easily* be his child.
At the same time our "sweet little mommy, Amber" took Mr. Flores' money fraudulently while simultaneously denying him visitation or any access to the child she claimed was his.
Meanwhile Amber left the then 2 year old child child more than once with a complete stranger who turned out to be a double murderer of his wife and own child (Scott Peterson).
Where is the outrage among women about Amber Frey's incredibly awful and repetitive behavior WRT to her children? She is a proven unfit parent (the business with leaving the 2 year old with Scott Peterson, a man she hardly knew). Both of her children are still illegitimate (the boy's father hasn't shown any real interest in marrying Frey either despite her public lies (Gloria Allred) to the contrary.
I'm a woman and a mother. I just wanted to make that clear before the feminist freepers start their flames again. Carry on girls. To some of you men are always to blame when a woman is a tramp, a liar, an unfit mother, and even a murderer but the truth is out there.
Lied to. Defrauded (Flores AND Funch for certain). Conned. Used. Victimized (Flores AND Funch for certain.)

Femitwit women love to label men who lie to women like this "cads." But when a woman does it, it suddenly is "ok" and the men's own fault because they believed her.
They are both wrong. Women for acting that way and men for falling for women who act that way. They use each other for what they can get from each other.
Men and women should begin treating each other with respect. However, that can't begin if the parties involved do not respect themselves first and foremost much less someone else.

Chris OWNS Porky's and hes a good guy who was lied to, so many people talking so much shit, hes stepped up to the plate and is in love with his daughter, bet hes pissed at not having been there for the first 4 years, and as for paying anthony back for ambers lies...I think she should have to pay
