If these minutewomen were here in New Jersey, they'd likely be met with the same advice that acting governer Richard "DICK!" Codey gave to the Second Amendment Sisters:

"I'd like to believe that most women will choose to use basic common sense, such as traveling in large groups and only in well-lit, heavily populated areas, before resorting to violence on their own....

..."When the Second Amendment Sisters are willing to have a rational discussion of how to improve women's safety in a civilized world, I'm open to that discussion. If they'd rather live in the Old West, where gunfights on street corners were commonplace, I have a time machine I'm willing to sell them that will go nicely with their unrealistic world views."

Time machine? I'd like to buy Dick a one way ticket to Kashmir so he can find some sense to put into his head. Let him have a rational discussion with these Kashimiri women about how they can improve their safety in a civilized manner. What kind of idealist little civilized world he is living in? New Jersey? Is it civilized? The anti-gunners like to delude themselves into thinking so since they've effectively reduced the rate of gun ownership to only 13% here--the lowest in the country.

It sounds like "Dick" is aptly named.

If he were around in 1776, he would be fleeing to Canada - and appropriately so.

DICK desperately needs a one way ticket to The Real World.
