I don't like teflon because it doesn't last; a stainless or aluminum or iron pan is durable, where the same pan coated with teflon is a throwaway after a year or so. From the manufacturer's point of view this is a good thing but bedamned if I'll buy into that particular con.

That said, I wonder what strange and statistically unlikely diseases are brought on by standing downwind of lawyers like these.
