And as I pointed out to you. We thrashed this out on Tuesday in the Rush thread. This is NOT new to us. Did you actually listen to what Rush just read? Don't intrepret it to mean what you want it to, actually listen to it. I see nothing to worry about what she said in 1990 considering the Executive VP of the Federalist Society endorsed her in the Oct 4, Washington Times.

Nope. Sorry but the obvious question to the critics is why should we fixate on the completely innocuous statements from 1990 and ignore the Oct 2005 endorsement of the Executive VP of the Federalists Society for Miers? How about Judge Pickering endorsement of her? Does that count for anything?
