Shep, buddy....

"G Block" is shorthand for the seventh segment of the show. A, B, C, D, E...etc.

I'm a helluva lot more interested in Laurie Dhue anyway. I Dhue myself! I don't think Shep is gay either, too many hints, or he is massivly overcompensating. J-blow anyone?

I will NEVER forget when he slipped up and said bl**j*b on air. It was so funny....a mistake that anyone could make. There's actually an audio clip of that floating around somewhere. May even be the video. If anyone has it please post it. Really funny!

As is often the case with Shep, a slip of the tounge brought it about.
When cutting to commercial he announced the next segment as "The G Block", accidentally using its programming signature. It just stuck.
For years on the Fox web page for The Fox Report there was a link 'Whats The G Block?' or something like that and when you clicked on it, it brought up a picture of an abandoned prison building with "G Block" stenciled on the side. It is no longer there.

"No, Winchell was red. Almost like being gay, but without any sense of morals."
Wasn't aware of the commie angle on Winchell. I do know that after his orgiastic life of fame and fortune only his daughter came to his funeral. He pissed a lot of people off and deservedly took a right hook from Sinatra.

Even homosexuals should know that if you have a secret to keep, it is no safer with another homosexual than it would be with a girl.I don't see girls running around 'outing' famous people that would prefer not to be 'outed'.

Dull? Yes. Gay? No. But the article doesn't really offer any proof, so I'm withholding judgment.

Cooper wouldn't surprise me in the least. And I never thought it about Shep until Hurricane Katrina; he was clearly hysterical and that's not a term I'd apply to most heterosexual men I know. Shepherd Smith did Katrina in shrieking-fairy mode, breathless Oh-My-God-Oh-My-God to the extent that I ceased watching any Katrina from my first exposure to his schtick.
Earlier, his email editor responded to my query as to why Shepherd Smith persisted in calling terrorists "militants" with a hissy "Well! Just who are YOU!"
Smith is not acceptable from a reportage standpoint, his sexual orientation notwithstanding.

Why do homosexuals assume that heterosexuals give a crap about someone's sex life? Some of them are just very self-centered, narcissistic people. The second law of homosexuality:
To the mentally healthy (heterosexual), sex is something you do;
To the mentally diseased ('homosexual'), sex is everything you are.
