F THAT! We should demand the UN condemn these oppressive french bastards, demand sanctions, cutoff diplomatic relations and make it clear that we will saturation bomb Paris if they lay one glove on these defenseless Muzzies. We should then undermine any French attempt to resolve the situation and we should arm the Muzzies. Next we blockade the country, cutting off oil imports followed by airstrikes against all nuclear reactors. Finally we launch a massive nuclear strike against their permanent high level radioactive storage facility, opening it to the atmosphere and spreading the contents over thousands of square miles of french territory. We then declare victory, let the muzzies have a wasteland and ask the Germans if they would like help with their internal muzzie problem. I'll bet the Krauts support our next effort at killing off Islamist extremists en mass. Yes I hate the FU*&!NG fRENCH!

Gee, sounds as if Prince Charles, the irrelevant one, should drop in on Jacque on his way home - let Jacque know he doesn't appreciate the way the French are treating his muslim buddies. All Euro trash is slime......

...vowed to find how tear gas had been fired into the Muslim place of worship, an incident which had helped fuel the disturbances. Note to ze french...don't throw a smoke bomb into a hornet's nest.
Raid and a match work much better...and the hornets will not survive to come back and sting you.

I just meant the fact that he let the riots go on for four days. You're not from NY, I take it.

Sixth Night of Riots and it appears worse by report: http://edition.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/europe/11/01/france.riots.ap/index.html Incredible. 13 paragraphs before the mention Muslims.

Warlike Words
Sarkozy recently referred to the troublemakers as "scum" or "riffraff," and in the past vowed to "clean out" the suburbs.
Even within the conservative government, there were critics.

This was all started by a couple of kids who were running from cops they thought were chasing them, so they hid in an power substation and got fried???!
Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
Even in France their riots are weak. At least American riots start over something a little more drastic, i.e. a high-on (R.King) assaulting cops and getting his a$$ kicked. Geesh.

They can clean it up if they want to. They have all the troops they need. Frankly (no pun intended) I'd love to see France take a major turn to the Right. It would do them a lot of good (and us as well!).

The long overdue backlash has not even really begun. We are only seeing the first hints of it. Mark my words. I just pray that it remains properly tamed. History has a nasty way of, if not repeating, presenting its DNA.

They had quite a Nazi 5th column amongst native born Frenchmen. Thankfully, that is not the case versus the Islamonazis.

No, Chirac would get tough and negotiate a 'settlement' in which authorities have 48 hours to remove all art objects from the Louvre and store them in caves. The sharia-lovers would wail that this was not the destruction of all western civilization they are seeking, but the 'moderates' among them would explain that this was just a temporary way-station until all of infidel civilization can be annihilated. Chirac would give a pompous address to the public explaining how he had saved the day by only giving up the empty shells of Notre Dame and the Louvre.......

actually I am from NYC. But while I think very little of Dinkins who allowed what I perceive as a very controllable mob to run riot, I have more respect for Sarkozy and his much bigger less easily controlled problem. Sarkozy has cracked down more than anyone else in France.
From the article:
Laurent Fabius, a former Socialist prime minister and also a potential presidential candidate in 2007, mocked Sarkozy's frequent visits to areas such as Clichy.
"When he announces that he's going to visit such and such a commune or suburb every week, that's not how we resolve those problems," Fabius told Europe 1 radio.
"We need to act at the same time on prevention, repression, education, housing, jobs ... and not play the cowboy."
........
Note the "cowboy" reference, an allusion to Sarkozy's law and order approach and a dig at the US too.

Note to France: Don't expect any American troops.
I disagree. Sarkozy is not the same as Chirac -- and if France requires our help to becomeChristian once more, we must give it, no matter how ungrateful they may become.
