Doesn't all this car burning violate the Kyoto protocol???

That's what I was thinking! Where is GreenPeace? Imagine the toxins being released into the atmosphere as the synthetics in these cars and buses burn!!! Oh the horror!

Tell every blessed one of them that the money tap is being shut off to every person who lives in France, but liberal welfare payments are available to all who go back to live in their countries of origin.

France is going to be cutting the checks anyway. Why not send them to Algiers?

Agreed. Totally. I've already been taken to task for suggesting it will happen "within a generation". I was simply being kind/ optimistic. It will be sooner. Definately before 2020.

I think the Frenchies need to eat some humble pie after the way they carried on about Katrina and its aftermath. I want all of our newscasters to make condescending remarks about these riots just like France did about our natural disaster. Too bad our media doesn't have the balls to do this.

Two questions:

1) What the Hell is that thing?

2) Where can I get one?

The unrest has laid bare discontent simmering in suburbs and among immigrant families who feel trapped by poverty, unemployment, and poor education.

And, of course, as in the U.S., it is "everybody else's" fault. No personal responsibility possible...

Wonderful!

Dear Frenchies:

NOW do you care about confronting the threat of Muslim extremism?

NOW do you regret being an obstacle to the US' desire to take on these Muslim extremists abroad, in order to avoid fighting them domestically?

NOW do you regret being so ungrateful to the US, who has saved your country at least twice before?

Enjoy the fires burning around Paris. I hear toasted marshmallows are really tasty this time of year.

Sincerely,

The United States

Of course not! That's just another fallacy of MULTI-CULTURALISM!!I just wonder how long it will take The French to surrender? It only took them two-weeks in the summer of 1940!!!

I hear that John Kerry has a plan for France. He is headed to the United Nations to get a resolution condemning the violence. He should have one in the next five years, and he is very confident that it will pass the "global test".

With unemployment rates at +10%, sagging economies, pending large layoff's, and increasing numbers of Muslims, Europe has to expect uprisings, demonstrations, strikes, protests, and in desperation moves even further to the left.
Their old trump card of hate America no longer satisfies or functions to defray anger and uphold this Euro superiority complex.
Is is it Karl Marx who won the final stage before Islam spreads and dominates secular old Europe?
Such future certainly is a reality

Youths fired buckshot at riot police

Sounds like an escalation.

We don't think it's going to take anything like a generation. There are too many areas in Europe already teeming with Muslim hordes. The vandals are through the gates. Just as in Rome, tolerance and the granting of citizenship, without loyalty demanded in return, has left these small countries helpless. Let us see whether the Gauls ever recover. We have our doubts. There are doubts as to whether they have the belly for the wet work.

The situation is somewhat reminiscent of Europe prior to WWI, though not entirely. What IS similar is that there are large factions, not well organized, with their own grievances and ambitions and a willingness to use violence to acheive their ends. We have been noting for some time the parallels to the "ersatz war" of the 1930s that has seemed to be in place since the 9-11 attacks and the US response in the ME and South Asia.

Will it stop or will it spread and what to lengths will the Gauls go to stop it. These are the questions.

"Car torchings are a daily fact of life in France's tough suburbs, with thousands burned each month, police say. "

It appears that law enforcement has been lacking for some time, hence, the impunity with which these gangbangers operate. Here's a good account from 3 years ago as to le law enforcement au Paris:

Unfortunately, France has nukes and I believe, several nuclear power plants....which present troubling possibilities.

m134 portable minigun. Used by Arnold in "Predator".

It's not very good for tactical use but probably works great for crowds and where insane rates of fire are needed.

The problem is the strength required to use the gun and carry the ammo. Combined with the recoil would make it unusable for all but the most insane Jar-heads.

Paris is a hellhole. I visited a few years back and 3 people in my tour group were robbed the first day. The cops pretend like the Arab and African thieves/thugs are invisible.

On a positive note, I did enjoy Cannes and the French Alps. Nice is already being taken over by Chechen "refugees" who the French build deluxe housing for.

The cheese is pretty good too. They can keep their wine though. I prefer Napa or Sonoma.

The French have been paying extortion money to Arab/Muslim countries for some time....(Don't bomb us, please. Bomb someone else.) And there were those illegal Iraqi/Saddam/French oil deals. They thought they had a special relationship with the Middle East and were immune to violent attacks/murder/bombings, etc.. It seems they're wrong.
