"I feel sorry for her. Even though she believes that she made the right choice, she will never be the same emotionally."

I feel sorry for her too. It seems like it was a gut wrenching decision. Because they were older, they probably didn't want the problems and the time it would consume in their life. Pretty selfish if you ask me.
One other thing...these tests aren't always correct.

They sure aren't - my best friend was told that the only way some number could be so high on one of those tests was if she was carrying multiples and they ALL had spina bifida. She had one perfect little girl.
