"Wilson said: “These are all campaigns by these people...basically, trying to spring ‘Scooter’ Libby, who I said earlier is a real scum bag.”

I have to say that I never watch Chrissy Matthews, but from reading the posts on FR, it's apparent that Chrissy got his scripts directly from Joe Wilson.

2 years ago, all Chrissy would way was "Scooter, Scooter, Scooter". He was Wilson's PR agent.

It didn't work, Joe-boy.

The truth is near. They're screaming louder with each passing day

They are being denied their Fitzmas. Woodward is the Grinch that stole Fitzmas.

And proving Michelle Malkin was totally right (literally!) in her new book.

Had he suggested that he, too, had a First Amendment Right to protect his source...chances are that he would have been in that litigation as well. It is generally believed that he...’wilted’ at his first contact with Pat Fitzgerald. Now, I find Bob Novak to be a despicable character, but I leave the description of him to my good friend Jon Stewart, who runs, ‘The Daily Show.’ I tell my friends at Fox News...that if I’m going to do fake news, I won’t do Fox News. I will do ‘The Daily Show.’ I no longer say that Jon Stewart refers to Bob Novak as a ‘douche bag.’ I just don’t say it anymore, my wife (Valerie Plame) wouldn’t like it.”

Ummmmm ... Has there been any comment from Novak about this ???

Who's got the popcorn .. cause we are gonna need lots of it

Well .. from Chrissy's history .. Wilson might want to get a new pr agent

Jimmy Carter ...Carter's speech, written by MSNBC's Chris Matthews, was well-received, although some viewed it as too much like a sermon. The country was in the worst recession since the 1930s, with inflation and unemployment at record levels. But many who had hoped for more inspired leadership after the Ford administration found themselves disappointed. Two days after the speech, Carter asked for the resignations of all of his Cabinet officers, and ultimately accepted five. With no visible efforts towards a way out of the malaise, Carter's poll numbers dropped even further.

"The country was in the worst recession since the 1930s, with inflation and unemployment at record levels."

I remember those days, because my dad was trying to sell our house, and the interest rates were over 20%. It was an abysmal market for a seller or a buyer.

Carter asked for the resignation of all of his Cabinet officers.....that I didn't remember. Guess the press didn't cover it well, eh?

"Joe Wilson is a fraud, and no amount of his revisionism can save him from the title he deserves..... "FRAUD""

Frauds always yell the loudest.

They think it makes them seem more credible...and it does, to fools.

Boy, the adminstration sure is making Wilson afraid to speak out. Gosh, tell us Mr. Wilson, what do you really want to say? Every time I hear a lib talk about how they're not allowed to talk I have to laugh. What the heck are they doing then when they're doing what we as humans refer to as "talking"? They are so completely out of touch. Sad really.
