The bad guys may not have killed themselves. It's possible that "Warlock Blue," an anti-IED technology, was used to detonate cell phone primed IEDs inside the building. One imagines a US soldier hitting the button, and saying, "Can you hear me now?"

Similarly, you can do the same with the Y chromosome, which is passed on unchanged from father to son, and so on, since females have no Y.

Abu Musab al Zarqawi, wears a suicide bomb belt so he can kill himself if capture appears imminent C'MON STATIC ELECTRICITY...do your stuff! ....do you think that would set it off?
I was hoping he would trip and set it off. I didn't know static electricity would, that even sounds better.

Thanks - I never knew going home from work could actually be enjoyable until I built that place, not that I have anything against neighbors, I just seemed to get stuck with the real "winners" all the time.

"You can identify with quite a high level of confidence by comparing DNA data with a close relative's."
well, you can prove with a high level of confidence that it is a close relative. it seems to me that she would not know whether it was al Zaqawri or someone else as closely related as the sample. I suppose, that they might know that none of his close relatives are involved with Al Qaeda.

Good! Saves us the expense and hassle of keeping him in G'itmo or some other "super secret" prison.

I'm sure they know places Zarqawi has been, so I would think they have forensic people looking for hair follicles etc.

Wasn't he in custody in Jordan at one point? They let him out and naturally he hates them, but maybe that's how they got his DNA.

Not to be picky, but I think it was 2 years ago that Dubya went to Iraq for Thanksgiving. It was an incredible boost. I don't think he can do it now; too predictable...
