Attacks backfire on terrorists
TIKRIT, Iraq – Seven terrorists were killed in two failed attacks Dec. 24 in Salah Ad Din province.
Police in Samarra responded to an explosion and discovered the bodies of three unidentified men. The men were attempting to fire an 82-mm mortar at an unknown target when the round detonated prematurely. A fourth terrorist was taken to a local medical facility, but died from his injuries while attempting to escape.
A short time later, a patrol from the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team annihilated a would-be ambush near the city Ad Duluiyah. Terrorists attacked the patrol with small arms fire, but the Soldiers quickly identified and engaged them, killing three. No Soldiers were injured in the engagement.

I just had a great idea and hope it is already being implemented. The insurance industry in Iraq should have really low premiums for those with the right attitude...and really high premiums for those without. Traditional occupations have been managed more by economic means than military.
One example I would not follow are the Israelis. If you go to http://inhonor.net, an Israeli site, you will see tons of videos of Palestinian Television which has created a generation of hate-filled kids ---But all the site does is complain about things. --- Why did Israel allow Pal TV to ever exist at all like that? Oh yes. Israeli liberals.
