Where is Monsoor Jihaz? He used to be on Fox during the early days of the war. Has he gone underground some where? Was wondering the same. . .
Also am missing Col. Hunt and am not happy with the now appearing, Fox analyst Col. Wesley Clarke. . .ex Demrat candidate hoping to be President. . .he needs to go. . .

Their regeim was not saintly by any sense of imagination, but they were exponentially better then the current bunch.
I'd like to see him return and try to bring Iran into the 21st century. Iranians educated and I think they have had it with the mullahs and need a catalyst.

I'm probably wrong, but what happened after WW1?
Wasn't Iran "formed" then, along with Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, etc.?

No!
Iran (Persian) has never been colonized or ruled by foreign governments.
Those countries including Syria, Jordan, Saudi, Kuwait, Iraq... etc were part of the Ottoman empire and later with the help of the Brits these countries were formed as nation-states.
Iran has always been independent and free of foreign ruling

Iran broke away from the Ummayads and set up their own Shia dynasty, then the Mongols set up the Il-khanate, but the Iranians took it back. The Turks never conquered Iran.

Actually it has -- originally the Medes (not sure if they were an Indo-European people) were conquered by the Assyrians before overthrowing them. Then the Greeks conquered Iran, then the Mongols, then the Timurids.

I have been praying and hoping for that for decades.

Is there a link to the text of the interview? The website appeared to have links only to audio.
