Ok, this is what I think the video is about. I believe the video is from Qom (Iran), since it is written on one of the banners on the wall. During month of Ashura, that is when grandson of Mohammed was killed, the Shiite celebrate by remembering the event and reminding the believers how Hussein the grandson of Mohammed was killed on the deserts of Arabia, how his throat was cut off and how he died while thirsty. Also they talk about how his entire family including small children was killed the same way. Believe me, when I was seven I was taken to one of these crazy gatherings by one of my neighbors. The men were in front and the women were on the back of a room all beating themselves and screaming some women scratched their faces with their nails some others had brought some bags of dirt or hay and they were pouring it on their heads it was a madness that I could never forget this video brought back those horrible memories.
