ping
bump to find later
Bumping for current relevance....
Seems like a good time to get this one back into circulation...
An oldie but goodie for you....
Don't know if you saw this one the first time around.
I guess you saw I'm kind of back on the job!
Will pingify in a while if no one else does, thank you.
I work in a creative field as well. I know many gay men and some seem to be in monogamous relationships - although who knows. What is depressing is the large amount of gay men I know - many of them intelligent, talented people - who despite their advanced years still party too hard, take drugs and overdo the alcohol, fret about greying hair and extra pounds, and keep hoping to meet that hairless blond 17 year old boy.
Homosexual Agenda Ping.
I think this one got missed a few months ago, Antoninus noticed I'm back on the job (kind of) and alerted me to it.
Graphic, but truthful. People who don't know the truth about the "gay life" need to know. Pretending it doesn't exist is what has allowed homosexual activists and their supporters to gain the power they have.
It's time to fight for what's right, and being armed with knowledge is vital.
Freepmail me and/or wagglebee if you want on/off this pinglist.
bump
bump for later read. new to me.
Give me a break already the only one pushing the conspiracy angle is you. I've been in places that sell (presumably heterosexual) porn in the same way. When I was in high school we had a video store two blocks from my house that had almost nothing but crappy VHS tapes from the 80's, most of which no one has ever heard of or were so bad no one would watch them today (Unless you consider 'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes' and it's sequels real classics). At the back of the store there was a non-descript metal door labelled adult labelled in small lettering, "adults only." not surprisingly thats where most of the customers headed. A few of my more shameless friends decided to check it out shortly after they turned 18 and I can assure you they were selling what anyone with any common sense would think they sold in back (I have my doubts that would include you).
I later lived in another town that had a porn shop move in, people protested in front of the shop every day, some even resorted to vandalism and shooting out windows to make their point. The shop didn't last 4 months. Why is it so surprising that someone would put hide that sort of thing in the back, or that it would constitute the vast majority of their business? It's not like it takes a rocket scientist or the CIA to throw a few Oscar Wilde books out front.
I vaguely recall that one-year-old post to which you replied. The article that I derided as crap then, is still crap now.
I have no recollection who you are or what article you are talking about. I'm not so much of a looser that I have to worry about 1 year old posts and I can't pretty much guarantee I won't remember this thread next year while you are still stewing in your juices about it. I've never posted a single article here, so why bother me about it? I don't really give a crap about whatever personal problems you might have with other posters.
Correction: ". . .and I can pretty much guarantee. . ."
Does this poor lost soul have any positive male role models? Has your husband taken a moment to talk with him? Sometimes all these young misguided boys need is someone to tell them it's alright to be a man and there is nothing wrong with masculinity.
God Bless
Some people are born with physical defects. My nephew, for example, was born with a bad lower intestine and as a result has a colostomy bag.
I believe that some people can be born with emotional defects, a disposition toward same-sex attraction. There's nothing necessarily sinful about the disposition, but there is something wrong about it, and sinful about acting on it.
People can be born with this same-sex attraction defect, which can be treated like any physical or emotional defect. Or they can develop it just as someone can develop a broken leg through some sort of accident.
Not sure the argument that it's "a choice" is beneficial to anyone, especially those struggling to escape that lifestyle.
Let's review the bidding, shall we?
You're the one who responded to my year-old post, and now you're all pissy because I replied to you? My, my, my.....
Oh crap, THIS is the year old thread. I thought you were moaning about something I had written a year ago in some thread that you had for whatever reason expected me to remember. Someone must've bumped it to the top of the list and I mistook it for being new. I knew that I needed to get a new pair of glasses, but I didn't think my eyes were getting so bad that I'd make a complete jackass of myself. For whatever it's worth, I'm sorry I acted like such an idiot.
