"The health or lack thereof of the President of the United States is rightfully the concern of the citizenry."
WTH does the President have to do with this? AND, had this NEVER been reported, would the health of the VP or Pres been changed?? NO

I'm assuming that Whittington is a Cheney friend and WHITTINGTON decided to let the newspeople do their spin.
When the media is all done with all their slamming of Cheney, WHITTINGTON will make a statement and give it to the media with both barrels!!
The media are VERY STUPID sometimes. They'll wind up in their own pile of cr**.

You are probably correct about it being a Texas thang. However, how many Texans get shot by a Vice President of the United States....including you!Proves my point. I wouldn't tell you if I wuz. LOL

It probably had something to do with crawling on their belly through the grass with their trusty double-barrel -- oh wait -- that is only for Demoncratic deer hunting.I still crack up every time I read or hear about Kerry's "hunting" technique.

I'd like to know why you are a liberal MSM sycophant. It happened on a private ranch and if you really wanted to get moonbat conspiratorial, why did Cheney take the blame, another hunter could have easily done that if they wanted. Lighten up, Francis.

What's the big deal? It was "8" shot right? Small, small pellets. They are making hay out of this like it was buckshot or a slug!!

We lived in that Montana paradise in Kalispell and I went to Somers many times. What great memories! Now Monatana has been taken over by libs and the super rich from Calipornia

All that smells is B.S. The press resembles that old saying about pilots - "Pile it here and Pile it there".

"What about the Vince Foster cover-up."
You mean "left handed" Vince Foster? The one that shot himself with his
right hand?

Obviously Cheney and his buddy were shooting at the same beer can pyramid from opposite side of the field. Somebody was bound to catch some pellets - - happens all the time. No biggie.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
This is actually sooo stupid.
I do understand Cheney hunting for quail in this part of Texas. There's NO better hunting place for quail than south Texas. My grand dad always went quail hunting in the Valley, and always got more than his limit. LOL

Please don't put your words in my mouth. You brought up "right" and "wrong."
That said, the Veep is a public figure and I believe I have a right to know what happened - including the reason for the delay in getting the story out.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
In a related story, the AP has also learned that the vice president may be suffering from hemorrhoids, but that his office has made no attempt to keep the press or the public informed of his condition. "Sure, on occasion he moons us, but none of us are proctologists," one AP bureau reporter complained. "Just because we ARE a__holes doesn't mean we KNOW a__holes."
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Let GMA whip themselves into a frenzy over a non-story. It keeps them from doing other, treasonous things for a while.
