Some hunters in my family had this very thing happen this fall. As a matter of fact, my daughter called after learning of this, somewhat chuckling. We know what it's like and I have a feeling this guy may have been less injured than the hunter in our family. Our poor guy had a couple hundred buck shots in his face and neck and throat. The doctors left it all in there saying it will work it's way out.
BUCK shots?
At a dozen or so buckshot per shell, he'd have to have been shot several dozen times, by someone who stopped to reload perhaps a dozen times...
After which, he would have been unrecognizable, and certainly unrestorable.
How many times did they reload while they were repeatedly shooting him? And when is the funeral?
