I hate to tell you this but most of the women my wife deals with want nothing more than to go home. I guess those website you're talking about teach them to slash their faces with knives to make some American sucker look bad? Here's something interesting. We've found that the men who do these things are mostly immigrants themselves from eastern europe.

How many of these wives have had AM slashed their faces? The point you seem to be missing is most of these marriages are good, but you have been equating them to prostitution. You are dealing with the bad or victims, and equating that to all AM/RW marriages.

This article deals with marriage brokers

Exactly. I don't have a problem with people meeting naturally. Granted there are inherent dangers in that but the government isn't too heavily involved in that. I have a real problem with these brokers and introduction companies that want to hide potential dangers from these women. My wife and I have a Russian woman living in our home. We had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get her here and she had a job and home waiting for her.

Your hypothetical question indicates you have not understood this law.

This article deals with marriage brokers...I am sure you met your wife under different circumstances.

WRONG! The article is dealing with agencies, whose job it is to introduce American men to foreign women. And, I did meet my wife through one such agency.

[How so? It seems to be aimed at a for-profit business rather than individuals.

"For example, the IMBA requires American men who wish to correspond with foreign women through private for-profit matchmaking agencies to first provide those businesses with their police records and other personal information to be turned over to the women.

I'll agree it's a stupid law but it doesn't sound as bad as it is being made out to be.]

Yes, of course the law is aimed at businesses and not directly at individuals. Will it be bad for you when you need a background check for meeting American women on Match.com or Yahoo Personals?

And note that it isn't a problem but a good thing for agencies to voluntarily screen their male clients to include non-American male clients. The problem is that, once the service agrees that the male client is not a criminal, there shouldn't be tons of paperwork sent to each woman he wants to meet before she and he can even talk. This creates a bureaucratic nightmare that will put the services out of business, guaranteed, which is what the feminist Senator from Washington wants.

When you live on one continent and the women on another, you mostly need the internationally oriented services to at least line up some contacts instead of just hoping to accidentally meet someone on Red Square on in the Kremlin. So going after the services is a major Nazi-style attack similar to the when the German trade unions were overrun on May Day 1933 while all the trade unionists were in football stadiums celebrating worker's rights.

Men do not have to turn over police records or even state how old they are on the forms. If that were the case, it would a lot worse than I am making it out to be. Men can lie all they want on the forms. The law was made to try to make the agencies legally responsible for whatever might happen years later.

The biggest imposition, besides the general outrage of it all that if you don't see, God help you...is that there will be a delay of 2 days to 6 weeks to eternity where the man does not get to introduce himself and say hi but, instead, has the US Femigovernment introduce him.

The US Femigovernment form will arrive at the woman's home, often by snail mail which takes 4 weeks each way, with the man's first name, no age, and a series of "Nos" next to questions about whether he has a criminal record or whether a left wing professor ever put a restraining order on him or not (this did not happen to me but could have). I've already noted that the men can lie on the form and we are all encouraging each other to lie.

For instance: the form will ask you to list every American state you ever lived in. I will write NY and California and refuse to bother to tell the truth about other states because I refuse to waste my time thinking about where I've lived. Its none of the US Government's God-damned business first of all and, secondly, its not the business of someone I don't know in a foreign country for me to give out all this private information before I know if they are even a scam artist or not.

This BullClinton law demands that American males give private information to possible scam artists who put a woman's picture up on the Internet!

I tell you: the agencies are sure that their lawyers will get this garbage that Bush signed overturned in weeks.

The "Greeting" from the US Femigovernment to the foreign citizen (for all we know an Al Qaeda guy posing as a woman) will create an impression that the US feels its male citizens are generally not trustworthy...and probably creep out innocent women who aren't used to American style paranoia and feminist attitudes.

I live in Europe. If I am visiting Warsaw tomorrow and I see a gorgeous woman in Warsaw on the Internet who wants to meet Americans...it is my right to write to her via the Internet to at least say hi. But the American feminazis have just stolen that right from me in what I consider the largest and most aggregious rights grab the feminists have taken from American males to date.

Their next step is to regulate American male dating behavior in the USA in the same way. This is not a minor issue.

But, as I said before, any American man can put up a website, declare himself an agency, and sell the email addresses of nice foreign women whom he knows want to meet nice American men. Dozens of American men plan to do this after March 6th and get cited and then there are lawyers ready to take this to the courts for quick overturning.

The ACLU is involved in this as well by the way. Or at least they have been contacted by the biggest agencies.

If the ACLU refuses to help...we've got trouble maybe.

An an agency is a broker of a sort, right? Semantics.

As I previously posted, I am sure it works out for some. However, my personal experience tells me otherwise.

Good luck...we're all on the same side here.

Apparently the woman living in your home was not in any way involved with an introduction agency. How does that equate to agencies wanting to hide records of AM? BTW, the agency I went though was run by a very honest couple who have since become very dear friends.

[Your hypothetical question indicates you have not understood this law.]

This law will be no more very soon. If agencies were just required to check up on men...it would still be struck down as long as Match.com and Yahoo Personals were able to buy their way out of it. But to require that foreign women be sent bullclinton forms that say nothing but make American men look guilty in general...BEFORE the agency can put the men in contact which is what the women WANT (and what American women can get with no hassle)...that is a government step that goes way over the line.

Are you saying that you are OK with this law?

The "murdered immigrant" refers to Anastasia King, a "mail-order bride" from the former Soviet Union. In 2000, King was murdered by her husband in Washington State where the case created a sensation largely because the husband had violently assaulted a previous "mail-order bride."

The writers for "CSI" must have used this case as the inspiration for one of their shows.

Later on, I will post a new thread when the actual makeup of the form becomes available (the form used by one of the biggest agencies).

We will see the new fresh Earth gained by the feminists in their crusade to back men into a corner.

It will include a line asking a man to tell a complete stranger in another country what American states he has lived in during his adult life.

Yes, Anastasia Sovoliev came from Kyrgistan. Idle King was into Central Asian Russian women. I saw the form letter he sent to everyone. He was not especially bright. But this 19 year old, who was bright, decided to marry him quickly to get out of Kyrgistan and its heavily Muslim male population.

He paid for her to go to the University of Washington. She learned English quickly and her high IQ really started to rub against Idle's low IQ. It is possible that she met a man like me at the University who spoke Russian and could match her IQ. It was clear to Idle and probably everyone else including her that she had taken advantage of an opportunity to be sponsored out of Muslim Kyrgistan...or at least was nigh on ready to change her mind about the marriage.

She certainly did not deserve to be murdered just because she was a superior woman who certainly must have put the local Seattle suburban feminists to shame. Idle would have been horrified that he couldn't measure up to his own wife, especially since he would have thought he'd traveled around the world several times to get her.

So the jerk killed her. I still don't know why his boarder helped. Does anyone know about that guy? Why would this other guy help?

The killing in California was similar except the Russian woman was not an intellectually superior woman like Anastasia King. She had married a postal worker who went postal when she kept visiting San Francisco at night and coming home sometimes in the morning.

For these men's actions, my rights have now been taken away.

Gee, if I had known that feminists in America were like Mommy...who could take my allowance away if my brothers were bad...I would have told my brothers not to kill their wives so Mommy wouldn't punish us.

That is what gets me the most. How the hell did I get into a situation where the actions of other American men had anything to do with my rights? What happened to my country?

Even if the Femigovernment forms required a man to just state his favorite color...the courts would strike this bozo law down.

Top of the morning to ya GB. Still fighting the good fight I see. You're a good man.

I still don't see any objection to this draconian legislation by the freedom loving women of FR. You would think that they could put their personal prejudices aside and stand-up for the men who are fighting to protect their freedoms. I guess it proves just how much feminism has corrupted even women who call themselves freedom loving conservatives. No wonder men look elsewhere for wives.

I've got some errands to run (you know, children to rape, women to murder) and will rejoin you later.

Apparently the real political fault lines in the USA are male/female.

That is why I live in Europe.

Here is the account of Anastasia's life and murder:

Seattle Post Intelligencer

The story makes no convincing argument that American men needed to have a huge right taken away from them by Mommy.

LOL Here we go. "If you don't agree with me, you aren't a true conservative."

LOL Here we go. "Conservative means whatever I want it to mean."

Is there ANY legal restriction on human behavior you find objectionable?

By the way, in the trial it came out that the boarder who was a registered sex offender said the following:

Indle asked his wife to come into the garage where he said he was going to give her money for college. He asked her for a kiss. Now she had written her best friend that she was repulsed by him (he was one heck of an ugly dude) and was having an affair, but she moved forward to kiss him. He put her in a bear-hug and asked the boarder to choke her with a necktie. As she was being strangled she managed to get across that she had told someone that he would probably kill her. He asked the boarder to loosen the necktie so she could tell him whom she had informed. She refused to answer. So he asked the boarder to tighten the necktie and continue to kill her.

According to Senator Maria Cantwell (Democrat) of Washington State, this means that all of us American men are such sick animals or should be considered guilty until proven innocent.

Mommy is punishing us.
