18:2339A CONSPIRING TO PROVIDE MATERIAL SUPPORT TO TERRORISTS

18:842(p)(2)(A) DISTRIBUTING INFORMATION REGARDING EXPLOSIVES

18:871 MAKING THREATS AGAINST THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES

Prosecutors say the plot began in November 2004.

Amawi is a citizen of Jordan and the U.S. The others are Marwan Othman El-Hindi, a U.S. citizen born in Jordan; and Wassim I. Mazloum, who came to the U.S. from Lebanon in 2000. Mazloum operated a car business in Toledo with his brother."

I would think this should be in Breaking News. Fox and the others keep leading with it, alerting about it, and promising to carry Alberto Gonzalez's presser live. I heard part of the plot involved assassinatig the President, as well as waging jihad in Iraq. If this isn't "breaking", what is?
