Overturning Roe is almost eqaully as important as overturning the NFA of '34 and the GCA of '68.
These are things that at a Federal level the Legislature and the Judiciary should have just said, "We are not allowed to do anything in these areas as we haven't been given the power".
That is how I read it as well.
Everyone who is eligible should buy a gun and learn how to use it. So when the home invader shows up, you'll be ready to defend yourself.
"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" per the Second Amendment, but the liberal lunatics have already violated this right, repeatedly.

It already is. People that murder pregnant women are routinely charged with the murder of the unborn child as well, and convicted.
Not just a sin and murder under the law is prohibited.
So? Get that prosecutor to indict & hold murder trials of women who have had abortions. The feds can't stop a State from doing so. I understand South Dakota intends to do just that.
I didn't know that. Well they should, really.
If abortion is killing than those who kill should be prosecuted.....
