Most people won't read this lengthy piece. A pity. The author has completely dissected the case from a legal point of view of both sides--and pretty conclusively come down on the side of prosecution of the leakers and the Times.

Leakers, clearly. The media, we'll be following that case for years if some prosecutor has the courage to bring charges.
