Uhhh, yeah right. Me guesses the Berkely scientist is skewing the numbers.

You mean there are conservatives in Berkeley?
To: sandbar
Remember the whiny, insecure kid in nursery school, the one who always thought everyone was out to get him, and was always running to the teacher with complaints? Chances are he grew up to be a conservative My brother was like that .. but he grew up to be a NEA card carrying flaming liberal

I think we need to look a little closer at this 'study'.
Does he account for the many people who grew up liberal and then changed to conservative?

The confident kids turned out liberal and were still hanging loose, turning into bright, non-conforming adults with wide interests.
So how does this explain Liberals' dogmatic embrace of Statism?

This could be true, his conclusions are just wrong. Conservatives get it out of their system early. Liberals whine the rest of their lives.
To: sandbar
I just read in GQ that Republican men are supposedly better in the sack. Thus adult men who were whiny as children have better sex lives. The end.
To: sandbar
Conservatives whine like children when children; Libs save it for adulthood.

I've been having out with some clown on a local board about this 'study'. He honestly cannot understand why I think that anything of a political nature that comes out of Berzerkely is questionable at the very least.
Even if they aren't skewing the numbers, there were only 100 subjects in the study. And these 100 subjects grew up in Berkeley.

Because they are manly! What woman wants a man that isn't manly?
To: sandbar
That's funny; I'm just finishing up a study that the supid little kids who picked their noses and ate the boogers all grew up liberal. Hopefully my study will be published in the same journal...
