Rush's victory started when the leftists attacked him re: this issue. I had stopped listening to him altogether up until this latest attempt to take him down by using his pain medication addiction (still a legal, prescribed drug, btw). At the end, rush has NO arrest record, NO criminal record.

The charges are going to be dropped. This is better than dismissed and the prosecutor has ALREADY consented to the charges being expunged from his record.

It was a MAJOR face saving effort for the prosecutor.

AM radio signals travel immensely further then FM, which is line of sight and Limbaugh appears on FM anyway. Further with the explosive growth of satellite radio, he will soon be heard on that medium as well.
