Dog; I believe that most freepers (in the voting booth) will do the right thing, no matter the rhetoric.. Venting is what you see.. Heck I didn't like Dubya from the git go, still don't, but voted for him twice.. True I had no choice.. No doubt the freepers(most) will have no choice again(2008)... Will have to think long and hard to vote for McLaim(or a clone).. But voting for Hillary is just not an option..

Actually, I live in the buckle of the Bible Belt and I enjoy eating the standard Southern fare whenever I'm not reading FR. I would never live in the Berkeley cesspool. The most liberal place I've ever chosen to live is Arizona.

There are a ton of great home pages & you can find out a lot about people who post here that have taken the time to make a home page. Some folks choose to leave their pages blank for privacy or other reasons.

You know, you are getting piled on this evening, but I waited for someone to make this comment and haven't seen it so here goes.

If you want to know why people feel you are vulgar (besides your, uh, puppy post) you need to look no further than your screen name. Not that I disagree with the sentiment, but just that it is very rough.

I've seen you around before and have to admit the first time I realized you were a woman, I was taken aback. It's not a big deal, but may explain perceptions that may or may not be accurate to who you really are.

If you are wanting to play tough and be treated tough...it's working.

I think anyone could accept you just saying that you made an error in judgment, if you could say something along those lines. This is a very forgiving group (unless you ban them).

I can accept that you meant nothing by the post, but the classy thing would be a quick mea-culpa to put the damn thing to rest.

There is no one here who hasn't 'screwed the pooch' (pun intended) before. But you cant defend it like it was nothing and expect anyone to respect you.
