Remember Jeb Eddy? The Democrat Protester Posing As A Republican?
The Stanford Daily ^ | 4/21/06

Posted on 05/27/2006 1:13:59 PM PDT by lowbridge

Who is Jeb Eddy?

9/25/2005:

Ashamed To Be a "Republican" ("Republican" phony outed as a Democrat)

"Ashamed Republican" Is An Embarrassed Democrat

Jeb Eddy joins thousands of demonstrators to protest the war in Iraq on Saturday. Associated Press photo by Noah Berger

Just when you'd think he'd have the good taste to have some shame and not show his face in public again:

4/21/2006 (at Stanford University):

Here's how the Stanford Daily mentions him in their caption with his photo:

Jeb Eddy of Palo Alto holds up a sign protesting President Bush's visit to Stanford. (Editorial note: Jeb Eddy is actually a Democrat who poses as a Republican at several Bay Area events)

But here's how the San Francisco Chronicle does it:

Jeb Eddy of Palo Alto voices his displeasure with the Bush Administration. Eddy, a registered Republican but Democratic donor, is a frequent protester at pro-Bush events. Chronicle photo by Michael Macor

Article on FR about the Stanford event:

Protesters force Bush to move Stanford meeting

Moral decay is alive and well. I was just talking to a code pinko idiot in another forum about the false soldier making false claims. Her response was classic "it's OK to lie if it promotes my version of reality."

If one looks around at our world as it is today, we find lots of moral degradation...why should anyone find it shocking to see it posted on the internet? We see it in our Government, Big Business, every day work places, our schools, and even on dating sites such as this...... People sell their words and lies very cheaply.....If honest people look the other way or do not teach by example...what can you expect elsewhere? If one is not part of the solution, then you have to be part of the problem.......When was the last time you LIED?

"In the United States of America, unfortunately we still live in a bubble of unreality. And the Category 5 denial is an enormous obstacle to any discussion of solutions. Nobody is interested in solutions if they don't think there's a problem. Given that starting point, I believe it is appropriate to have an over-representation of factual presentations on how dangerous (global warming) is, as a predicate for opening up the audience to listen to what the solutions are, and how hopeful it is that we are going to solve this crisis." -- Al Gore

I dunno . . . he's wearing the same shirt, tie, jacket, and eyeglasses chain in the purported September and April photos. Perhaps he owns just one suit.

Commie Libs like this guy have taken a cue form the perverts in Hollyweird. Just because you're a lying Commie 'RAT Liberal it doesn't mean you can't play a Republican on TV, talk radio or when polled by telephone. Liberals always deny they are Liberals (except the really dumb ones like Martin Sheen). Non-veterans love to pose as veterans. DemocRAT Atheists claim to be Christians. Seminar callers say they "voted for Bush, but..." Liberal Commie DemocRATS have to pretend to be something they are not in order to get some sort of credibility. If they admit to being what they really are, PEOPLE LAUGH AT THEM FOR THEIR STUPIDITY.

Reminds me of that Greg Packer guy who managed to get himself quoted as a "man on the street" in hundreds of newspaper stories. In his case, he had to work at it, but this guy just has to be a fake GOPer who's down on the party.

This seems to be part of a larger Dem strategy -- having Dems pose as conservatives and Republicans. This is happening at grassroots level, as well as the MSM recently produced dozens of articles about how conservatives just hate Bush, trying to make real conservatives follow the idiot herd.

They've come to the realization that they, as Democrats, have no credibility.
