A Massachusetts busybody is trying to destroy Carla's life for what? Keep in mind that Massachusetts is Haleigh's state. Maybe this busybody was on Haleigh's death squad and she didn't like that Haleigh is still living.

KNOW THIS. Charlie Crist's fingerprints are on a DCF file that Crist said he NEVER SAW and DIDN'T EXIST.

I'm glad I don't know where Terri's DCF file is but it's at least 800 pages that Crist said he never saw. FINGERPRINTS DON'T LIE.

Don't count on Crist doing anything to protect Carla Iyer's civil rights. He didn't protect Terri's.

Carla may have EEOC rights with the Dept. of Labor because the complainant has not been damaged by Carla being on CNN. Lots of people were opining on tv. Why is Carla being singled out? This is another sham imo.

Think Terri Schiavo and that's why I'm lvg the gop. They helped bump her off. Anyone who really believes the GOP helped her hasn't seen her HEADSTONE AT THE CEMETERY.

The laws you mention were already in place but Judge Greer chose to ignore them so that he could state "the law of the case is that she will die."

1. Terri was never represented by counsel (ILLEGAL) 2. Michael Schiavo should have been removed as her guardian but wasn't (ILLEGAL) 3. it's a very long list of violations in Cheryl Ford's book "Our Fight For Terri There were so many violations that there's no way I can remember or type them to list them here.

Judge Greer violated the law and the judicial canons. Whose protecting this scumbag? He belongs in jail. He aided and abetted a murder from the bench and sorry, in my opinion, if a judge breaks the law on the bench, they have NO JUDICIAL IMMUNITY.

CNN shows Michael Schiavo's Path to Perjury:

http://www.judgegeorgegreer.com/

Michael Schiavo LIED on Larry King so they cannot prosecute Carla for anything unless they prosecute Michael Schiavo for perjury too. Why didn't Massachusetts busybody dislike Mikey's lies? She must be part of Massachusetts death worshippers. I bet she knows Michael. What do you bet she's given to his PAC or to a candidate he recommended?

If so, case dismissed.

To "permit any affirmative or deliberate act or omission to end life" is forbidden by Florida Statute (withholding NATURAL nutrition and liquids) §765.309(1). Greer not only permitted it, he ORDERED IT.

I hope Carla has an excellent attorney. This could wind up as the de novo that Congress and Bush asked for in the most round about way.

Sheer hatred. Carla said horrid things about Beloved Saint Michael the Innocent! This blasphemer must be destroyed!

Makes no difference to liberals on the warpath that Carla was reporting the truth.

Now there's an interesting take! I don't suppose the odds of a proxy retrial are very good, but... intriguing idea.

I just feel that there is criminal motives for this to begin with. That's all it would take to get it into the courts again.

Judge Greer is an example of judicial tyranny. What good are laws if judges can ignore them at their will? We have seen more and more of judges ruling like dictators. Outrageous that Greer has been allowed to get away with all these violations, and Jeb Bush does nothing.

Excerpt:
Tash later asked about the Schiavo case. Bush backed legislative and legal action aimed at continuing the brain-damaged woman's feeding.

Davis, in Congress, and Smith, in the Legislature, opposed bills to reconnect her feeding tube - points both men mentioned proudly in their debate. Gallagher sided with Bush on the issue, but Crist refused to intervene as attorney general.

"To me, as a public official, you always have to err on the side of life because you can't go in and fix it later," Gallagher said. "I will always err on the side of life, if given that choice."

Crist said he respected Bush's decision but "I happen to have a different opinion" in the controversy.

"I just fundamentally felt that those kinds of decisions should be left to the families and God," Crist said, "not government."

From LifeNews, a little remorse, sort of...

Detroit, MI (LifeNews.com) -- The Michigan Parole Board has again rejected a request from assisted suicide crusader Jack Kevorkian to be paroled. The activist hoped the parole board would commute his second-degree murder conviction in the euthanasia death of a patient who has Lou Gehrig's disease.

The decision marks the fourth consecutive year the parole board has denied Kevorkian's request, even though his attorney claims he has less than a year to live.

Snip

Reporters Rita Cosby asked him if he regretted the assisted suicide deaths of more than 130 people, Kevorkian replied, "Well, I do a little."

Kevorkian also told Cosby that, had Terri Schiavo been presented to him 10 years ago, he would have taken her on as another assisted suicide case.

...In Bluefield, West Virginia...

End-of-life care has become a hot-button issue in the United States due to harrowing events like the death of Terri Schiavo. Americans, regardless of age, have become highly aware of the need to plan their affairs for the end-of-life and document their wishes through a living will and medical power of attorney.

Though people need to continue to be cognizant of the need to discuss end-of-life care, it is refreshing to know that West Virginians actually lead the country in preparation for care and treatment at the end of their lives.

Every few years, the West Virginia Center for End-of Life Care conducts a survey to evaluate how citizens perceive their options for end-of-life care. The 2006 survey results were compiled recently and they are definitely worth getting excited about.

To be fair and balanced, or endangering our right to kill those who have a right to be killed...

As we approach the July 4th weekend with its embrace of patriotic flag-waving, perhaps it is a propitious moment to look at some of the defining aspects that our Founding Fathers sought to establish in our democracy. This, given the present harsh red/blue divisions and the choice by the present administration, through propaganda and the marketing of "fear" to justify the erosions of many of those principles that have defined us as a special democracy for more than 200 years.

Trespasses on our very essence threaten health of our democracy

Is it a bird? Is it a plane?...

Amazing how the left constantly refers to Terri Schiavo, no matter what the subject, as liberal fantasies run amuck.

This from another Singer:

Singer also has quite an infatuation with Christ imagery, putting Routh in several “Passion of the Kal-El” type poses and throwing the word “savior” around. If fundamentalists vilified Martin Scorsese for depicting Jesus’ dream about raising a family with Mary Magdalene, the idea that their Messiah might be a jealous extraterrestrial sporting fruity tights and a cape ought to stoke them to levels of outrage not seen since Terri Schiavo.

>> Michigan authors and Kevorkian friends Neal Nicol and Harry Wylie say they have been helping Kevorkian to prepare a 300-page manuscript, tentatively titled "The Life of Dr. Death." [And on and on and on.]

Soon to be a movie starring Mahatma Gandhi. In her new #1 best-seller Godless, Ann Coulter devotes a whole juicy chapter to liberals' mad love affair with death-row killers. She didn't include Kevorkian but it's not too late for the paperback version :-) Whatever their psychosis, liberals just drool to get murderers out of jail and inflict them society so they can kill again. Read Ann for the gruesome results.

Just stay in jail, Dr. Death. Your comment about killing Terri makes it clear you do not repent your crimes and are not ready to die in peace at home.
