Will Nurse Carla Iyer get to do discovery and present evidence? You know, if Carla doesn't feel she can get a fair hearing in Florida, anything's possible. She could have an EEOC Hearing anywhere in the country imo if Tampa's Federal Court would be viewed as biased which they were because Judge Whittemore helped starve Terri to death.

Federal Court Jury Trials (EEOC) are so complicated, we're talking exhibit lists, witness lists, thousands of pages. This might get interesting if Carla gets an EEOC Hearing. Or, if the licensing bureau drops the complaint, it would be on advice of their counsel.

It's the Sembler-Greer relationship and the Bush-Sembler relationships. I'm talking about POTUS-Semblers and Jeb-Semblers. Mrs. Sembler was Jeb's 2000 campaign manager. The son is Crist's campaign manager. The father Sembler was Greer's county commission campaign manager.

Sembler is Mr. Moneybags, a big developer and a big GOP fundraiser. The Semblers were at the inaugurations of the POTUS. They are hoity toity with Bush 41, 43 and Jeb.

Longstanding friendships & fundraising killed Terri but you didn't see that in the ME's report.

The lefty death lovers (there were lefties for Terri) is smitten with Terri in a sick sort of way. I guess when somebody is martyred as Terri was, she serves as a martyr for her base and for her enemies as well.

Terri's enemies are everybody's enemies. Being robbed and murdered - how can the left condone that forever? Something for them about Terri is unforgettable. So it is for us all.

That fountain is much larger than it appears in the jpeg. I was there on March 31st. Monsignor Malanowski was praying the Rosary and there were approx. 40 people who showed up there. A Mass for Terri was that evening at St. Pat's in Largo right after the Lent ceremony. Father Pavone conducted Terri's Mass for lots of folks who showed up to remember Terri and to honor her parents. A young lady sung Ave Maria. It was beautiful.

All it takes is for one person who thinks they are clever to slip up and it's on with the show. This could even affect the September 5th primary and the November election. Yes, it was an actual conspiracy, not just a theory. When cops follow you home, you realize how conspiratorial the need for Terri to die was.

Carla talking initially to the sheriff's dept. (bottomless pit) complicates the matter in her favor. Former Sheriff Rice would have to explain what they did with the information Carla provided.

He might have to explain why he hired Michael Schiavo, why he voted to starve Terri in Tallahassee and why he thinks he's qualified to be Florida's Attorney General. (Rice is like the sheriff on the original Dukes of Hazard with State Attorney Bernie McCabe as Boss Hogg. If they need to do a coverup, they ship it to Bernie - from anywhere in the state).

The need to seize the DOH communications on anything on everyone pertaining to Terri.

Dave Simmons of the Fla House Judiciary Committee said recently that he wanted to impeach George Greer. This is one year after said he was "going to impeach George Greer". Why do these politicians bother pretending they are going to act? Dave Simmons put in writing this year that he is considering impeaching George Greer.

Simmons knows it all. He's kind of stuck in the middle at this point. Constituents are hounding him but party big boys are pressing him.

It begs the question, "Is Judge Greer an asset or a liability to the GOP?

"Terri's death will save millions of lives." Jesse Jackson, March of 2005 CNN after mtg with Jeb. Then Jesse flies back to Tampa Bay and takes a limo to Hospice Woodside to get on the evening news. (I was home that afternoon and after I heard Jesse J. say that, I knew that Jeb wasn't saving anybody.) Jesse was supposed to go up to Tallahassee to beg Jeb to save Terri but it didn't turn out that way.

I don't remember the date Jesse met w/Jeb but it was a Wednesday. Dave Simmons told me the Monday before that Wednesday that Terri would be a martyr. They had no INTENTION to save Terri's life. It was all a ruse. Even what congress did in the same time frame was a ruse.

The evidence of a conspiracy is that Terri died even though supposedly all these people were helping her. It makes no sense at all.
