I NEED TO HEAR FROM GOD FEARING MARYLANDERS WHO WANT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT! THANK YOU! Please donate online or send to

Hoover For Congress

Box 2160

Glen Burnie, MD 21060

Thank You.

HERE ARE MY CONCERNS FOR AMERICA

1. Limiting Federal spending and reducing wasteful spending.

2. Holding all elected officials accountable to legal and ethical standards.

3. Make tax breaks permanent and continue the incredible growth period under President Bush.

4. Preserve the sanctity of life and marriage by reducing access to abortion and defining marriage as existing only between a man and a woman.

5. Improve education with more programs like "No Child Left Behind" and reduce funding for the NEA.

6. The safety and security of the nation of Israel

Rick Hoover is as anti-illegal as they come. He will be posting about it in the coming days at Rick Hoover.org.

District 3, replacing Cardin? Good luck. Professionals in Anne Arundel and Howard counties can help, but the outlook doesn't look good. I wish I could help, but I live in district 6. Roscoe is 80, so I'll be interested to see who replaces him in the not-to-distant future.

Cardin is running for Senate, and there is no clear front runner for the Dems. Also, due to redistricting, the Demographics have changed in our favor. There are 40,000 mor Republican voters. Its an up hill battle but definately viable.

I know Cardin is trying to secure Dem candidacy over Mfume and is running vs Steele. That's what I meant by replacing Cardin. In any event, I did not know about the redistricting. Good for him. I hope he wins, since we only have Gilchrest and Bartlett as Republican reps.

Yes, previously the district was 3-1 Dem. Now its slightly less than 2-1 which has been overcome by Republicans in the past. There are other Republicans seeking the nomination but Hoover is the only authentic conservative. This is our only chance. Once a donk is elected one time, then its over with for another 20 years!

A guy to watch (possibly) for the future is Republican Harford County Executive David Craig. I don't know a lot of specifics about how conservative he is; but he was my Social Studies teacher in middle school and a pretty good one.

I heard State Sen. Alex Mooney was Roscoe's likely successor (Mooney is also Hispanic).
