Iran, Bolivia, Cuba, the EU countries et al do that to the US all the time.
And..we used to have stronger words for the Rusians (Soviets) even during the cold war, when we were even more likely to start pummeling each other.

The Russians have been pretty cozy with an Iran that is determined to get nuclear weapons, primarily to use against Israel and America.
And Iran to be a strong US influence zone.
And just in the past few months, the Russians have sold even more deadly weapons to America-hater, Hugo Chavez, right in our backyard.

But we of course retain the right to care about our own country, same as the Russians do.
