That's pretty clear and a lot more than Bush has said to US citizens.

How pathetic. These 3 dudes are putting us in their New World Order and can't even be original. They kind of remind me of Clinton. This is on the spp page.

"In a fact sheet released by the White House on March 23, the three nations outline the new Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America announced that same day at a meeting in Texas between President Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin and Mexican President Vicente Fox."

This was announced in 1997 by countries discussing the FTAA. Sound familiar?

"Caribbean Comunity: Partnership for prosperity and security"

"The Heads of State and Government of the member countries of the Caribbean Community (Caricom), Haiti, the Dominican Republic and the United States of America held a summit meeting on 10 May in Bridgetown, Barbados, where they signed a Declaration of Principles and a Plan of Action titled "Partnership for Prosperity and Security in the Caribbean".
