Yeah this is crazy. Rush should rise to the occasion and sue the pants off of these guys.
I disagree. I heard OR on the radio and on his show tonight and he is being very fair in his assessment of this. Considering they are rivals I'm stunned at OR coming to his defense. I can guarantee you Savage will not (come to his defense).
Since he is on probation, I wonder if Rush had to get permission from the DA's office to go the to the Dominican Republic?

My doctor often gives me samples of prescription drugs that he wants me to try out before he prescribes them on a longer basis. So I can plan on being held at the airport and reported to the AP if I have some in my bag??? Jeesh.
He pled out on a count of doctor shopping last month and got 18 months probation in return.
Rush will have a lot of fun with this if it goes anywhere. Bring it on.
Those two women O'Reilly had on his show looked like they just had a big laugh in the prep room over the subject materiel.

Yes I saw Weasley Clark. Did he really say that "the Bush administration has never given the troops in Iraq their full attention". I swear I heard him say that. Among other things he was just disqusting. Why does Fox put this guy on, I could just as easily watch CNN. I turned the channel and took a break.
He takes random drug screenings. Maybe yhey should add Viagra to find out why he takes days off??
He brought on two people to "analyze" it and BOTH of them thought what happened to Rush was legitimate. Some debate.
If this same assessment of "being out to get......" were being applied to a mainstream media personality......................................

Yes, if you had it. The statute covers the people with professional access to personal health information - doctors, nurses, other medical workers, insurance companies, etc. It doesn't cover law enforcement, nor anyone I tell the information to.
