The Bush Administration has done much to protect us by getting us out of a treaty they should no longer have existed.

I hadn't even finished the first beer of the day when she said it, so I think I heard her right.

Julie Banderas has asked even stupider things in the past. Once she asked a woman who was discussing a child rapist, "And the victim's name?" Hello, the name of a child rape victim???
(Sorry for the temporary diversion.)

After watching the amazing Discovery take off earlier today, I'm almost embarrassed for North Korea. If they weren't sure what these missiles were capable of, they should have picked another day. Lame.

King Bill had to stop by the Kennedy compound first to pick up a FAX copy of the DNC talking points.

I'm sure you did. I just didn't know if she'd made a slip or was being sarcastic, as the long range failed.

Oh, yeah...didn't think about that. I look for him, Maddy Halfbright and Wesley Clarke as the point men on the networks...any bets?

It will be telling to see from whom we hear before we hear from the President.

Did I hear somewhere those short-range were SAMs?
Could they have been launched to try to throw off our guys before the main event?

This FOX bimbo is a jokeStepped on a number of people to get the job. Thinks she is the next Geraldo. Even with a questionable last name that may not be the same as her heritage (as does geraldo)

"Who are you saying was supposed to warn us about the other three short range missiles? The media? Or was the President supposed to do a news conference complete with maps? Do you really think that our government does not know where every outhouse in NK is?" Well...the good news is that there was no leak on this prior to launch.

Hey, maybe this is a strategy? Their guidance systems suck so fire off as many as you can and hope for the best.
To: mylife
Well, the ICBM has to have some sort of guidance. The short-rangers (Scud class) don't have much of one and they're infamous for wandering off course.
Anyone seen the jetstream diagrams for today?
